The Picarro PI5310 gas concentration analyzer is designed for high-precision measurements of nitrous oxide (N₂O) and carbon monoxide (CO). Precisely measuring these naturally occurring greenhouse gases (GHGs) is critical to understanding the nitrogen cycle and in atmospheric studies related to climate change. The PI5310's mid-infrared (IR) Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) produces parts-per-trillion (ppt) measurements of N₂O  and CO over a 1 to 1,500 parts-per-billion (ppb) measurement range at less than 5 second intervals. Drift is less than 0.1 ppb, for infrequent analyzer calibration and maintenance. The PI5310 is ideal for long-term atmospheric measurements required by the most demanding greenhouse gas monitoring networks.
