Troubleshooting Tips

If ChemCorrect appears on the toolbar but ChemCorrect GUI does not appear, Windows has blocked the UI from loading.

To solve this:

1. Open Command Prompt
2. Navigate to ChemCorrect folder, in the command prompt enter:

cd C:\Picarro\PostProcess\ChemCorrectExe

3. Run ChemCorrect by entering: Chemcorrect.exe –s
4. The user interface should appear and ChemCorrect should run normally from the shortcut on the desktop.
