Originally from the Netherlands, Peter has always had a passion for engineering and complex machinery. After earning his master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, he began his career as a control engineer, specializing in motion-compensated gangways for the offshore industry. This role took him to offshore environments and across continents, where he contributed to complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Now, as a Field Application Engineer at Picarro, Peter is responsible for deploying and supporting Picarro Energy systems across Europe. Outside of work, he is an enthusiastic mountaineer and skier with a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
