Brad has flourished as a sales and go-to-market leader producing transformative growth over several decades with measurable success in the communications and data networking industry. Prior to joining Picarro, he spent over 20 years with Ciena in diverse roles leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, spearheading hardware and software transformation, driving complex systems sales, and engaging with senior and C-Level stakeholders to set products and solutions apart to command market share across a wide variety of markets. Earlier in his career, Brad was a network architect and engineer helping blaze the trail for WilTel and WorldCom becoming the first wholesale data network players to rival AT&T, MCI and Sprint.  Brad holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering with an emphasis on optical & microwave theory from Oklahoma State University. At Ciena, he completed their Management and Leadership Development Program sponsored by Stanford University.
