Ally is a Customer Technical Support Engineer at Picarro. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering with her research focused on High-precision Instrument Measurement related technologies. Prior to Picarro, Ally worked in several IT companies with multiple roles, including system engineering development,  technical support, and product management. In her spare time, Ally loves gardening, cooking and traveling with her family.
