Joyeeta is an Application Scientist at Picarro. She earned her Ph.D. in Earth Science from Rice University, Houston TX, and was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy, OU Norman, before joining Picarro. She brings research expertise in paleoclimate science and the utility of isotope geochemistry in addressing various earth and environmental science problems, including understanding global carbon cycle perturbations of the past and the present. When outside regular scientific works, she loves traveling and travel photography. She is also an enthusiast in different cuisines, coffee, and cocoa.
