As Senior Commercial Operations Manager, Kate works with customers and behind the scenes to make things run smoothly and consistently starting from your initial interactions with Picarro. After beginning her career in air quality measurements and technical analyzer sales, she then combined her love of problem solving with her desire to continually improve the overall sales experiences in the area of commercial operations. She holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Atmospheric Science from Georgia Institute in Technology and a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. Before joining Picarro, she lived in Port au Prince, Haiti, for three years working in orphan care and prevention. She continues to be passionate about empowering and advocating for children and vulnerable people groups.
